I have observed Pale Bluets along both the Blackwater River and the Nottoway River this summer (2023).  They appear to be reliable in many locations (4) along the Blackwater River from it’s northern entry into Southampton County at the Blackwater Bridge Boat Ramp to almost the North Carolina line.  I have found them at the Nottoway River along SR 687.
