I visited southeastern and south-central Arizona from April 18th through April 25th.  The weather was very cooperative with warm to moderately hot dry days being the theme.  Being my first trip to Arizona, I found each day full of interesting encounters, new wildlife experiences and wonderful new habitat.  Some of my observations are as follows:
