Visiting Nature Outing- February 6, 2011

I visited both Charles City and Henrico Counties today. The number and size of Canada Goose flocks has increased since my last visit several weeks ago. Found within the Canada Goose flocks in western Charles City County were two White-fronted Geese and two Ross' Geese. In review of the Snow Goose flock in eastern Henrico County I observed three Ross's Geese.
