Septima's Clubtail (Gomphus septima)
Identification: Adult male has greenish thorax with an absent or missing posterior lateral thoracic stripe and an "widely interrupted" anterior lateral thoracic stripe. The abdomen has limited yellow laterally on S8 and more extensive yellow coloring laterally on S9; the abdomen dorsally has a yellow spear shaped markings from S2-S7. The club (S8, S9) is narrow dorsally but broadens laterally. The face is plain with limited to no markings and the legs a dark brown to almost black.
