Marsh Wren

Identification: As can be seen, the wren is challenging to see when amongst the juncus. The brown crown, the white eye line, the rufous-brown flanks and secondaries and when observed the white streaking on the black back are diagnostic. Usually identified in the marsh by the double tcshuk call notes.
