Hagen's Bluet (Enallagma hageni)

Identification: In Virginia I have observed only blue-type males which demonstrate S8 & S9 being blue, S10 being black above and blue below. The eyespots are small and the posterior edge appears jagged. Marsh Bluet (Enallagma ebrium) appears almost identical. The cerci must be examined to differentiate.
