Green-faced Clubtail (Gomphus viridifrons)
Identification: Female- the thorax is yellow with complete posterior and anterior lateral stripes and no apparent gray or discoloration between them. The head had two occipital spines which twisted inward and the occiput is slightly rounded and indented at its mid-point. The abdomen has yellow dorsally from S2-S7, black on S8-S10 and the epiproct has yellow dorsally. The sub-genital plate is black, biforcated for about 1/3 of its length and almost as long as S9. The face is mostly unmarked and yellowish-green.
