Golden Eagle
Identification: Large birds, smaller headed than Bald Eagle
and thus less head projection from
body than Bald Eagle; note middle birds wings held
in slight dihedral (Bald Eagle's
usually held flat). 2nd year birds and older mostly
brown with golden nape.
