Four-Spotted Pennant (Brachymesia gravida)
Identification: Note the white stigmas, the dark spots between the nodus and the stigma on each wing. With age, both the male and female thorax turns blackish in color. In immature males and females the thorax and abdomen are orange-red with black dorsal markings on S3-S9. They tend to perch at the tips of twigs and limbs.
