Caspian Tern
Identification: Alternate plumage- Note the all black cap, the red bill with black tip, the pale gray mantle and white underparts, black legs and on the center bird note the black on the underside of the primaries which is obvious when the bird is in flight. Their large size is obvious when seen as here in comparison to an immature Ring-billed Gull (left).
