Banded Pennant (Celithemis fasciata)
Identification: Both sexes have wings with black patterns; it includes black wingtips and black patterns between the nodus and wingtips and black patterns between the thorax and nodus. The female has a yellow marks on S3-S7, yellow on the thorax and a yellow face. The mature male turns a dark blue to almost black on thorax, abdomen and face.
